The present invention has the purpose of providing technology capable of efficiently transmitting data when performing data communications between a mobile station and a server apparatus. A simplified protocol TL is employed on the transport layer instead of TCP/IP. The simplified protocol TL is used as the communication protocol on a wireless communication path (radio-oriented interval) between an MS (Mobile Station) 1 and a GWS (GateWay Server)
